These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ashifcodes.tech and its subdomains, including roastroom.ashifcodes.tech. By accessing or using these sites, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ashifcodes.tech is a personal portfolio showcasing projects and skills created by Ashif Rahman. It includes:

Project portfolio and demonstrations
A support/donation button for visitors who wish to support my work
Contact form for inquiries
roastroom.ashifcodes.tech — an anonymous roasting platform

2. Donations

Donations are voluntary

Donations are a voluntary way to support my work and are not a purchase of goods or services. Donating does not entitle you to any product, service, or benefit beyond a thank-you.

Payment

Donations are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). I do not store any payment card or banking details. Donation amounts are limited to a range of ₹10 to ₹1,00,000 to prevent errors and abuse.

No Refunds

Because donations are voluntary contributions, they are non-refundable. If you believe you donated by mistake, contact me at md.ashif.dev@gmail.com and I will review the request.

3. RoastRoom Usage

By using roastroom.ashifcodes.tech, you agree to:

Use the platform for entertainment purposes only
Not post content that is hateful, threatening, or promotes violence
Not attempt to deanonymize other users
Not spam or abuse the platform

I reserve the right to remove rooms or content that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code on this site are original works created by Ashif Rahman. The portfolio design, branding, and written content are protected by copyright.

5. Limitation of Liability

All content and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site.
